I called Jaguar Heating & Air to.tune up my AC since I hadn’t done it in seven years. Jeff was extremely informative and explained everything that he found with my unit. It was obvious through my questions that I did know anything about my AC unit but he was gracious enough to explain how it all works. He showed me that my capacitor needed to be replaced and why. If he wasn’t an honest man, it would have been very easy for him to convince me to buy/replace, etc. because I wouldn’t have known any better! But he didn’t and I am grateful! Because he was thorough, knowledgeable, and honest I will sign up for annual maintenance. Based on my experience, I trust that he will keep my AC/heating unit happy!
