Great experience and fast fair quote. Billing was explained clearly. Was able to schedule me quickly and all the techs were very respectful. Techs needed to return to repair some drywall and had very clear communication about when they'd return. All arrival windows were met. Techs even turned down a tip which in the crazy current tipping culture surprised me and made me feel they are paid fair wages and that Jaguar is an honest company. I called Jaguar after booking them on their website for an estimate of a new HVAC system. Their website had a coupon for a free dryer vent cleaning. Wow!. When I called I was surprised to get an appointment for this Friday. The service technician, Yaritt, was on time and promptly started working after listening to my concerns. I am very pleased with his work, professionalism, cleanliness, and efficient job. While he was working, I was in the front yard picking up some leaves and he even offered to lend me his blower! We decided to get a second opinion from Jaguar and were extremely satisfied with their customer service. Jeff came to check on our system and explained that all we needed to do was to change the filter. He explained everything in a honest and respectful manner. I forgot to mention that a previous company told me that there was a crack in the system. So the next day I called Jaguar Heating & Air! to ask if they can have someone come out to check that out. They had Jeff come out again at no additional cost. He explained to me that there is no crack and he still gave me the same diagnosis as yesterday. We are beyond satisfied with Jaguar Heating & Air! Technician, Mustafa, showed up promptly, did an efficient furnace tune up, gave me some valuable pointers and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Great communication from the start of making my appointment to finish when service was completed. Thanks Jaguar Heating and Air and also thanks for installing my AC unit a few years back. I've had a great experience with Jaguar Heating & Air twice now. My 25 year-old air conditioner went out last summer. Called many places, and Jaguar were able to come out first. The tech Mustafa was fantastic. Took all the time I needed to show my what was wrong and walk me through the options. He even talked me out of exploring replacing the whole unit. Then again this week, my heating went out. Tech Jesse was awesome, too. Found the issue right away. Also made a few maintenance recommendations based on wear he was seeing, and got everything fixed super-fast. I really trust these folks, and I think that's pretty rare to find nowadays. Read Less
